In most cases (about 95%), we ship out of our office within 24-48 business hours after placing your order. On occasion we close for inventory counting and other reasons. If our office is to be closed, we will post information about when to expect shipments to resume on our shopping cart page. This way you will be educated about any delays in shipment before placing your order. If there are any problems with the shipment that will cause delays in getting the item to you, other than the circumstances described above, we will email you and let you know the cause for the delay.
