Return/Exchange Policy

    Q: Can I return my order?
    A:
    Yes if it is in NEW condition still. We will not refund any returns that are no longer in NEW condition. The refund will not include shipping costs incurred.

    Q: What if the costume doesn't fit?
    A:
    We have included as much sizing information as possible so this does not happen. However, we will exchange it for a different size but you will be responsible for any actual shipping costs to reship the items.

    Q: I placed my order last night and now I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
    A:
    You can email us and hopefully catch the package before shipment. We check all emails before sending out shipment batches. One of the strongest reasons to do business with us is the speed of our shipments. We ship orders very quickly. The longer you wait the less chance you have of stopping the order.

    Q: I checked my tracking number and it said the package was delivered, but I don't have it
    A:
    We ship packages to the address that you provide us with. Please be sure that the address listed is correct and accurate. We have no way to change where the package is delivered to after the order is placed. We will only be able to reship or issue credit if we receive the package back. We do not issue credit for items delivered to an incorrect address that you provided us with.

    Q: What time frame to I have to request a return or exchange?
    A:
    For hygienic purposes, we will only accept items for return or exchange if you contact us within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment.

    Q: What about international shipments?
    A:
    We do not accept exchanges or returns for ANY international shipments. Because we have no way to control customs or duties upon arrival in your country, we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays that result from import taxation.

    All items sent back must be in NEW condition and must include all original parts and packaging that were included when originally shipped. Credit will NOT be issued for incomplete or "worn" returns or exchanges. We will also not reship the item back to you unless you pay the shipping fees.
